Villa Maddalena

The remains of this property were buried among vegetation and access was possible only via a path between the bushes. The ruin was discovered and restored thanks to the childhood memories of the current owner, among these memories of the last inhabitant of the property, Signora Maddalena, to whom the house is dedicated.

Casa Maddalena is a cottage built to the previous dimensions, in accordance with seismic regulations, using recovered material where possible. Terraces and outdoor areas with swimming pool and parking space have been constructed, as well as an access road for cars.

The property enjoys total privacy and is situated 1km from the town centre. There are magnificent views of the Sibillini Mountains and the Gran Sasso d'Abruzzo.

On the ground floor is a large kitchen with access to the portico, living room with fireplace, laundry and toilet. The first floor comprises master bedroom with bathroom, a further bedroom and bathroom and a study.

All the rooms have traditional Marchigianan tiled floors, wooden ceilings and tiles. There is gas central heating and underground pipes to connect telephone, electricity and water. The furniture is included.
