La Casa del Monaco,  Frazione Rocca di Montemonaco it’s  in the Alta Valdaso area and is not difficult to reach from the city of Ascoli Piceno (AP) , aprox 1 hour distant.

The house has been restored with great attention and taste by the actual owners, that have re-used all the original materials for the restoring, and where the original materials where not sufficient , the floors have been integrated with the new “pianelle” of cotto Marchigiano.

The home is fully equipped , with city gas heating, additional fireplace heating , double glaze windows, antic restored doors,  The old walls , in some areas more than 1 meter with  the new integrated technology applied for heating , wiring and insulation,  makes the home warm in the winter and naturally cool in the summer .
