Casa San Filippo, is the name we have given to this building, probably the biggest on the little paved road of the historic center of Sarnano that leads to the Chappell dedicated to San Filippo. The location is the north east side of the center. The property though has all the character of the historic center has easy access even by car.

This property is an important part of the historic center of Sarnano, as it is a complete building free on four sides with included a garden, a private parking space, and a garage for a small car or storage with direct access on Via San Filippo.
